Request For Proposals Are Invited For Djibouti Early Childhood Education Activity. Scope Of Work The Objective Of This Consultancy Is To Assist Fhi 360S Global Education Team To Prepare For The Djibouti Ece Activity. The Consultancy Will Include Summarizing Relevant Background Information, Providing Contextual Detail About The Efficacy Of Recent Ece And Ecd Interventions In Djibouti, And Contributing To The ProposalS Technical Approach. The Consultant Will Work In Close Coordination With Fhi 360S Technical Team In Washington Dc, As Well As Any Other Technical Resource Persons They May Designate. The Consultant Will Be Expected To Provide Rapid Responses To Requests By Phone Or Email. The Consultancy Will Be Conducted In Djibouti With Limited Local Travel. The Consultant May Be Expected To Arrange And Conduct Meetings With Stakeholders (Remotely Or In-Person), Review Relevant Policy And Project Documents, And Identify Possible Partners And Individuals For Key Positions. The Consultant Will Submit Oral And Written Reports Summarizing The Findings From These Activities.
