Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Implementation Support Specialist 2022 The Consulting Services (The Services) Is To Provide Support To The Project Manager And Other Prep Ii Personnel In The Planning, Implementation, Management, Monitoring And Review Of Prep Ii, Including Liaison With The Media, Government, Community, And Other Relevant Stakeholders And Will Support Communication And Logistics For The Project As Required. The Criteria For Selecting The Consultant Are: Mandatory: Degree In Engineering, Development, Community Liaison, Environmental Management Or A Discipline Relevant To Resilience And Disaster/Climate Risk Management Or 5 Years Of Relevant Experience Prior Experience Living Or Working In A Developing Country Context (Marshall Islands Experience Highly Regarded) Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills In English Experience In Project Implementation, Administration And Logistics Strong Computer Proficiency Including Knowledge Of Ms Office Software Packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Ms Project And Other Applications). Desirable: Experience In Disaster Risk Management And/Or Climate Change Adaptation Experience With Multilateral Development Bank (Mdb) Projects, Such As The World Bank Or Asian Development Bank
