Submission Of Pre-Qualification Documents And Expression Of Interest (Eoi) All Tenderers Are To Submit Pre-Qualification Documents/Eois For Each Of The Lots Desired In Two Hard Copies, Each Packaged In Sealed Envelopes And Clearly Marked Invitation To Pre-Qualification Or Eoi And Addressed To The: The Registrar, The National Institute Of Construction Technology & Management (Nictm), Uromi, Edo State. The Top Left-Hand Corner Of The Envelopes Shall Bear The Name Of The Project/Lots For Which You Are Applying And The Reverse Of Each Sealed Envelope Shall Bear The Name And The Address Of The Bidder. The Documents Shall Be Dropped In Tender Box Marked Tender 2022 In The Procurement Unit Not Later Than 12:00 Noon, Monday, 14 Of March, 2022. 5. Opening Of Pre-Qualification Documents And Expression Of Interest (Eoi) The Eoi And The Pre-Qualification Documents Shall Be Opened Immediately After The Deadline For Submission At 12:00 Noon, Monday, 14 Of March, 2022, At The InstituteS Board Room.
