Econsult: Household Survey To Assess The Impact Of Transport Disruptions On Access To Health, Education, And Livelihood Opportunities For Vulnerable Groups In Rural Haiti The Primary Objective Of The Consultancy Is To Conduct A Household Survey That Will Allow To Assess The Mobility Challenges Of Rural Residents In Haiti, Including The Specific Challenges Posed By The Transport Disruption Caused By The Recent Earthquakes, In Relation To Their Ability To Access Health Clinics, Schools, And Markets - Particularly Focusing On The Challenges Faced By Women, Girls, And People With Disabilities. The Data To Be Collected Is Detailed In The Draft Survey Questionnaire Provided In The Terms Of Reference, Which Is Expected To Require Approximately 20-30 Minutes To Complete. The Area Of Interest For The Survey Will Be The Rural Statistical Enumeration Areas Of The Nippes And Sud. The Consultant Will Sample At Least 2,000 Households And Will Select Individuals Within Households In A Way That Ensures That Women Represent At Least Half Of All Respondents. At Most One Person Per Household Will Be Surveyed.
