The Scope Of Work Will Include The Construction Of The Chancery & Cultural Centre Building, Residential Building And Service Block, With A Plinth Area Of Approximately 9398 Sq.M. The Work Would Include Execution Of Civil& Mep Works Of Highest Standards, Involving Quality Structural R.C.C. Works (Raft Foundations, Columns, Beams & Slabs), Superior Quality Architectural Finishes, Plumbing &Firefighting Works, Hvac Works, Electrical Works, Electro-Mechanical Equipment, Roads, Site Development Including External Services And Landscaping Works. The Chancery & Cultural Centre Building Has Ground, Basement And 4 Upper Floors. The Residential Building Has Ground And Four Upper Floors, Plus Two Lower Floors. Service Block Is A Single-Storied Structure.
