Consultancy Services To Provide Technical Assistance In Developing Cyber Crime And Security Components Caribbean Digital Transformation Project The Consulting Services (“The Services”) Include Drafting Separate Terms Of References Which Will Guide Various Consultancies And Activities That Are Required For The Execution Of The Activities In The Project Led By The Caribbean Community Implementing Agency For Crime And Security (Caricom Impacs). The Consultant Will Also Provide Impacs With Advisory Services On Implementing Their Overall Work Program For The Next Five (5) Years, Considering The Caricom Cybercrime And Security Action Plan, Various Sources Of Financing And Technical Assistance Available And Projects Already Underway.
