Econsult: Needs Assessment And Service Mapping For Economic Inclusion And Public Works Programs In Sierra Leone The World Banks Sierra Leone Social Protection And Jobs Team Invites Qualified Firms To Submit Expressions Of Interest To Conduct A Needs Assessment And Service Mapping Of Feasible Green, Resilient, And Inclusive Activities To Be Included As Part Of The Core Economic Inclusion (Ei) And Public Works (Pw) Components Of The Productive Social Safety Net And Youth Employment (Pssnye) Project In Sierra Leone. The Scope Of This Exercise Will Cover Two Core Components. The Economic Inclusion Package Will Include A Capital Grant For Beneficiary Extreme Poor Households In Rural Areas. This Grant Will Be Accompanied By Measures To Ensure That Households Receiving The Capital Grant Can Improve Business Outcomes. The Needs Assessment And Service Mapping Will Determine The Menu Of Measures That Are Best Adapted To Accompany Different Types Of Beneficiary Households, Along With An Estimate Of Costs For Each Of The Accompanying Measures And Potential Service Providers.
