Recruitment Of A Local Firm For A Com Desk Technical Assistance Mission For Anaden Regional Communications Infrastructure Program - Apl 4 (Ri) The Main Objective Of The Mission Is To Recruit A Local Firm Which Will Have To Deploy A Team On Behalf Of Anaden In The Form Of A Support Communication Team (Desk). This Team Will Have To Support The General Management Of Anaden In The Promotion And Communication Of E-Government Activities, And Define A Roadmap For Its Implementation. The Firms Mission Will Therefore Be To Support Existing Communication Services By Setting Up Tools (Planning, Etc.); Advice And Procedures Aimed At Promoting The Animation Of Digital Services Such As The Government Portal And Other Applications Deployed In This Context. The Firm Must Also Develop The Format And Content Of The Press Kit And Ensure Its Updates During The Term Of The Contract
