Ii) The Bidder Shall Demonstrate That It Has Access To Or Availability Of High Liquidity Asset, Lines Of Credit Or Other Financial Means Or Resources Of Funds Estimated As Usd 500,000 (Net Of BidderS Other Commitments) To Meet The Finance Requirements Of The Contract, Iii) Bidder Shall Demonstrate That It Has Successfully Completed At Least Two (2) Contracts Within The Past 5 Years (2016-2020) Prior To Proposal Submission Deadline, Each With A Value Of At Least Usd1million And Have Been Successfully And Substantially Completed And That Are Similar In Nature And Complexity To The Goods And Related Services Under The Contract A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents In English May Be Purchased By Interested Eligible Bidders Upon The Submission Of A Written Application To The Address Below And Upon Payment Of A Nonrefundable Fee Of Usd 300. The Method Of Payment Will Be Cash Or CashierS Check. The Document Will Be Delivered In Soft Copy At No Additional Cost Or In Hard Copy Upon Payment Of Courier Charges. A Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting Will Be Held On 4 February, 2022 At 14:00 Pm (Lao Time) And The BidderS Designated Representative Is Invited And Encouraged To Join The Meeting Through A Zoom Link Which Shall Be Provided By The Purchaser Bids Must Be Delivered To The Address Below On Or Before 10 March, 2022, At 14:00 Pm.
