Selection Requirements: Reputable Trustee Company Licensed By The Financial Supervisory Commission In The Cook Islands Under The Trustee Companies Act 2014 Strong Standing And Professional Ongoing Relationships In The Cook Islands (And With Cook Islands Government Stakeholders) Key Staff/Consultant Engaged In This Service To Have: Seniority Within The Firm And Known Professional Relationships With Key Cook Islands Government Stakeholders, Especially Around Changes To Legislation And Regulation Professional Experience Within The Offshore Financial Services Industry Of The Cook Islands, In Particular In Reviewing And Setting Up Trusts, Foundations And Captive Insurers. Experience As A Resident Director Within The Cook Islands Trustee Company Regulatory Framework Resident Of And Currently Based In The Cook Islands Familiarity With Captive Insurance Company Operations Preferred Experience With World Bank Procedures And Processes Preferred
