Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Supporting The Implementation Of A Community Based Early Learning Playgroup Program It Is Estimated That This Assignment Will Be Carried Out During A Period Of 4-6 Months. To Ensure The Institutionalization And Sustainability Of This Initiative, The Firm To Be Selected Based On This Tor Will Work With Team Members From The Mpse And The Project Implementation Unit (Piu). The Firm Will Be Fully Responsible For The Development, Design, Or Adaptation Of Any Materials To Build Implementation Capacity And Support The Roll Out Of The Home Visiting Program. Given The Importance Of The Sustainability And Scaling Of These Approaches, The Firm Will Also Be Highly Skilled And Able To Engage With Government Counterparts Across Sectors And Contribute To Systems Building. The Consulting Services (The Services) Include: Rapid Review; Develop/Adapt A Home Visiting Implementation Package For Uzbekistan; Training And Implementation Support; Prepare Tools For Monitoring The Implementation Of The Home-Based Program; Provide Guidance On The Professional Implementation Of The Program The Shortlisting Criteria Are: The Firm To Be Appointed Based On This Tor Should Have: An Existing, Evidence-Based Early Learning Playgroup And Parenting Program That Has Been Successfully Adapted To Other Country Contexts. Worked Collaboratively With Government And International Development Agencies In The Past To Deliver Community-Based Playgroups And Parenting Programs. A Professional Team, Who Have: Expertise In The Design, Training, And Implementation Community-Based Early Learning Playgroup And Parenting Programs (Especially For The 36-Year Age Cohort) Experience (At Least 3 Years In The Field) In The Design Of Inclusive Programs That Integrate Families And Children With Disabilities And Development Delays. Previously Supported The Institutionalization Of Ecd Early Learning Playgroups And Parenting Program. The Capacity And Capability To Conduct This Assignment Virtually Including Program Adaptation, Consultation And Training Should Travel Or Direct (Face-To-Face) Interventions Be Prevented Due To Covid-19 Restrictions.
