Econsult: Technical And Economic Consultant - Telecom Sector The Ppp And Transaction Advisory Unit Of Ifc Is In Advanced Discussions With The Government Of Country In Central Asia, To Provide Financial And Transaction Advisory Support To The Divestiture Of A State-Owned Mobile Telecommunications Operator. Ifc Is Now Seeking To Launch The Procurement Process To Select And Recruit A Technical And Economic Consulting Firm With Telecom-Sector Experience To Support The Transaction. The Work Of The Consultant Is To Be Divided Into Two Main Phases: - Phase 1 Will Encompass A Due Diligence Of All Technical And Commercial Aspects Of The Company. - Phase 2 Will Consist In The Implementation Of A Competitive And Transparent Transactions, And Will Require The Consultant To Assist In The Drafting The Transaction Documents, Assistance With The Bidders Due Diligence And Negotiation, And Evaluation Of Offers.
