Tenders Are Invited For Rehabilitation & Operation Of Bahrain Hotel Tender Type: Public Tenders Tender Description: Bahrain Authority For Culture & Antiquities (Baca) Would Like To Engage With An Investor (The Investor) To Rehabilitate And Operate The First Hotel In Bahrain (Bahrain Hotel (The Hotel)). Accordingly, This Auction Bidding Competition Is Aiming Towards Receiving The Most Suitable Submission With The Best Vision And Technical Views To Carry Out The Rehabilitation Works Of The Facility, As Well As The Most Profitable Financial Proposal. The Investor In Coordination With Baca Shall Employ An Engineer (The Engineer) And An Interior Designer (The Designer) Shall Develop A Plan And Design To The Restoration And Rehabilitation Works. A Capable Contractor (The Contractor) Shall Carry Out The Rehabilitation. Whilst A Qualified Experienced Local Or International Hotels Operator (The Operator) Shall Operate The Hotel.
