The Common Printing Items Will Be Preset During The Rft Process, Where For Each Item; All Bidders Will Submit Their Quotations And Marketing Department Will Consider It In The Evaluation Phase. Once The Two Suppliers Are Selected, Specific Items Will Be Assigned To Each Printing Agency Depending Merely Their Ability On Fulfilling The Requirements, Delivery Times And Cost. Once A New Item Needs To Be Added After The Appointment, Creative & Branding Will Send Requirements To Procurement To Request For Quotation And Selection Will Be Based On The Lower Price Only. If Any One Supplier Fails To Quote Due To Lack Of Expertise Or Machinery, Then The Single Quote Will Be Awarded.
