Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Provision Of Services As An Individual Consultant For Planning And Organizing Works On Testing The Methodology And Software Of The State Cadastral Valuation Of Real Property Consultants Should Meet The Following Qualification Requirements: Postgraduate Degree Or Equivalent In Law, Economics, Real Property Valuation, Architecture, Construction, Land Administration, Or Another Relevant Discipline. Consultant Must Prove His/Her Qualification By A Diploma Of Higher Education, As Well As Certificates Of Training Completion (If Any). At Least 7 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Project Activity Management; Strong Skills In Writing Analytical Materials, Reports And Recommendations In Uzbek And (Or) In Russian; Fluency In Uzbek, Russian And English. The Consultant Will Be Selected In Accordance With The Procedures Of «Individual Consultant» Selection Method, Set Out In The World Banks Guidelines For Selection And Employment Of Consultants Under Ibrd Loans And Ida Credits & Grants By World Bank Borrowers (January 2011 And Revised In July 2014).
