The Tender Is Subject To The Provisions Of The Tender Law Issued By The Legislative Decree No. 36 Of 2002, Its Amendments, And Its Implementing Regulations Issued By The Decree No. 37 Of 2002. As Per The Cabinet Edicts No.S (6-2416) Of 2017 And ( 4-2516) Of 2019 , Registered SmeS Will Be Offered A Preference Of 10% In Tenders And Auctions Related To Service Utilities Inside Purchasing Authority Premises. In Case There Is Another Applicable Preference Percentage ,The Higher Of Them Will Be Offered To Smes. The T.S.E Scheme Is Divided Into Two Major Parts: Production, During Which The Influent And Its Byproducts Are Treated To Be Converted Into Useful Products And Utilization, Where The Final Products Are Sent Out To Be Utilized At Their Final Destinations. The T.S.E Distribution Network Is Distributed To Farms In The Western, Northern And Central Regions Of Kingdom Of Bahrain And To The Main Highways Via A Network That Includes The Following: 1. Primary Landscape Irrigation Networks 8. Landscape Irrigation Reservoirs And Pumping Stations 9. Connection To Agricultural Farms 10. Agricultural Drainage Networks And Lift Stations The General Block Diagram And The Location Of The T.S.E Irrigated Areas, The Reservoirs And The Pumping Station Locations And The Transmission Network Are Shown In The Attached Plates 1 & 2.
