Technical Assistance To Support The Government In Updating The Law On Electronic Communications In The Comoros Regional Communications Infrastructure Program - Apl 4 (Ri) The Objective Of The Mission Is Therefore To Carry Out An Overall Revision Of The Law On Electronic Communications Adopted In 2014 And Of The Regulatory Framework Relating To It And In Force In The Field Of Electronic Communications. The Draft Text Will Aim To Modernize The Legal And Legal Framework Of The Sector According To The Recommendations Of The Aeg Mentioned Above. It Must Contain Provisions Aimed At Guaranteeing Effective Liberalization Of The Sector And Ensuring Operation In Accordance With The Principles Of Open Access To The Infrastructure And Equal And Non-Discriminatory Access For Access Providers
