The Consultant Must Possess The Following Qualifications: A. University Degree Or Equivalent Training In Social Sciences; Public Health, Or Field Relevant To Data Management; B. Possess A Postgraduate Degree In Public Health, Statistics, Or A Related Field; Ç. Minimum Of Five (5) Years Of Experience In The Field Of M&E, With In-Depth Knowledge Of Quantitative And Qualitative Research Methodology, Database Design And Administration, And Capacity Building And Training For Middle Managers; D.
