Model:A10-50 Please Contact Mr. Noor (04-3229439) For Further Clarifications. 1.0#Scope Of Work The Scope Of Work ( Mandatory & Optional) For The Overhaul Of Booster Pumps And Their Accessories Of Booster Pumping Station. # A)#The Contractor Has T O Take The Pump Assembly From Dewa Site To Their Workshop & Vice Versa. Dewa Shall Not Provide Any Transport To Shift The Same. For Loading & Unloading Contractor Can Use Dewa Overhead Crane Available At Pumping Stations In Coordination With The Dewa Representati Ves. B)#Mechanical Seal Replacement, Coupling Bush Renewal & Gland Packing Renewal, Bearing Replacement As Required C)#Overhauling Of Pump (See Annexure I-Mandatory & Ii-Optional) D)#Painting Of Pump Externally E)#Rectification Of The Pump For Any Complaint Rose After Installation. F)#If Any Part Is Found Defective, The Contractor Has To Repair/Replace The Same. Available Spare Shall Be Suppl Ied By Dewa. If Any Spare Is Not Available With Dewa The Contractor Has To Arrange The Same. Additional Cost Of Spare To Be Submitte D To Dewa For Approval Before Placing The Order. 2.0#Prior To Submission Of Quotation, The Following Shall Be Determined Carefull Y: A)#The Contractor Shall Visit The Site And Make Himself Fully Familiar With The Work Scope, Plant Access Facilities, Complexitie S, Etc., Before Submitting The Quotation. B)#Dewa Will Not Accept Any Claim For Extras Beyond The Order Rates / Prices During And A Fter The Execution Of Work Ordered. C)#The Contractor Will Be Provided With The Equipment Shutdown Program In Coordination With Ope Ration & Maintenance Department Of Water Division. D)# The Contractor Should Submit The Time Schedule /Bar Chart Indicating Each Ac Tivity. E)#On Completion Of The Work, The Inspection Checklist Of Quality Procedures, Wherever Applicable Should Be Filled In And S Ubmitted. F)#Site Supervision, Co-Ordination Of Field Activities, Supply Of Required Technicians, Tools, Equipments, Tackles Etc. R Equired For Execution Of The Contract Works Shall Be Suitably Considered. 4.0#Take Over On Completion Of All Work Within The S Cope Of The Contract, For Acceptance Of The Maintenance Work, Contractor Shall Notify Dewa In Writing.
