Purpose/Specific Objective Of The Activity This Consultancy, Based In Vientiane Lao Pdr, Will Assist Who Office To Support Ministry Of Health On The Improvement Of Critical Care Including Covid-19 Management In Lao Pdr. Description Of Activities To Be Carried Out Compile A Situation Analysis And Baseline Assessment On The Current State Of Critical Care In Lao Pdr Support Moh To Develop 5-Year Strategic Action Plan On Improving Critical Care In Lao Pdr Provide Clinical Advice To Moh And Who For Critical Care Of Covid-19 Methods To Carry Out The Activity On-Site Technical Support In Hospitals Meetings With Who Country Office And Moh Producing Educational Materials Qualifications & Experience Education: Essential: First University Degree Is Required Registered Nurse Experience: Essential: Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Work In The Critical Care Preferred: Working Experience In Covid-19 Clinical Management Languages Fluency In English Is Essential Competencies Communicating In A Credible And Effective Way Producing Results With Quality On Time Respecting And Promoting Individual And Cultural Differences Technical Expertise Additional Information: Experience Of Working In Multiple Countries Is Highly Appreciated.
