Development Of Business Plan For Land Service Delivery For The Liberia Land Authority Liberia Land Administration Project Based On The Objective Mentioned Above, The Consultant Will Be Required To Provide An Analysis Of The Present Environment And Develop A Detailed Business Plan Which Is Inclusive Of Operational, Financial, Economic And Marketing Models That Is Expected To Provide Overall Direction In The Operation Of A Land Service Delivery System At The Lla, Making It Financially Sustainable, Efficient And Growth Oriented In The Long-Run. Complementary Tasks, Which Will Inform The Development Of The Plan Include But Are Not Limited To The Review Of The Legal And Institutional Frameworks For Land Administration And Management, Relevant National Studies And Reports, Internationally Accepted Principles And Best Practices; And Assessment Of Existing Lla Organizational Structure, Staffing And Business Processes, Including Customer Service And Relevant Processes At The Liberia Revenue Authority (Lra). The Plan Should Be Time Bound And Show Clear Achievable Targets As Well As A Marketing Strategy Within Defined Timelines.
