Produce An Inception Report Which Would Outline The Timeline Of Activities, Mapping Of Survey Stakeholders, Modules Of Surveys/Draft Questionnaires; B. Develop Pilot Questionnaire(S), Agree With Bank, And Implement Pilot In 3 Mva Signatory Countries; Adjust The Survey (The Consultant Is To Inform And Agree With The Bank Proposed Changes To The Methodology Or Questionnaires As A Result Of The Pilot); C. Implement The Survey To Respondents As Mapped And Agreed In The Inception Report; D. Collate, Process, Analyze Data And Information Collation, Prepare Draft Report With The Preliminary Results Of The Survey E. Deliver Results Validation Workshops With The Stakeholders (Possibly A Separate Workshop With Women Entrepreneurs; Depending On The Scale Of The Survey); F. Finalize The Survey Results And Prepare Dissemination Webinar In Consultation With The Bank. The Webinar Would Target Government Stakeholders And Potentially Be Delivered In Two Days, With One Day Dedicated To The General Mva Operationalizations Issues And Ways Forward And The Second Day To Womens Opportunities During The Mva Operationalization; G. Finalize The Analytical Report With The Incorporation Of Feedback From Stakeholders From The Webinar. The Assignment Is Expected To Provide A Better Understanding In The Stakeholders Perceptions About Mva Operationalization And Challenges For Its Implementation. It Would Enable To Establish Priorities Of The Private Sectors Stakeholders In The Three Countries And Identify More Efficient Solutions To Improve Transport Connectivity In Eastern South Asia.
