Tenders Are Invited For Administrating The Airport Survey Quality (Asq) At Bahrain International Airport Tender Type: Public Tenders Tender Description: Bac Through This Rfp Is Seeking Proposals From Bidders For Administering And Conducting The Airport Survey Quality Asq For Arrivals And Departures, Which Is A Customer Satisfaction Measurement And Benchmarking Service Provided By Aci Providing Participating Airports With Data, Management Information And Insights Into The Average PassengerS Experience At An Airport. Bac Has Provided In This Rfp The Specifications Required And The Successful Bidder Is Expected To Carry Out These Surveys And The Administration Works Related To It For A Period Of 12 Quarters (3 Years). The Surveys Will Be Conducted Online Via Tablets In Multiple Languages. The Successful Bidder Should Ensure That Fieldwork Agents Are Able To Converse In A Least Three Languages (Arabic, English And Hindi). The Successful Bidder Should Ensure That All Surveys Are Done Based On The Sample Plan Provided And Agreed On Prior Each Quarter. This Rfp Should Be Read Carefully, And All Requirements Should Be Clearly Met.
