Qualification Requirements To The Consultants: Education: Phd Or MasterS In Economics, Development Or Other Relevant Field For The Assignment Experience: At Least 10 Years Of Experience Providing Public Policy Advice And Drafting Analytical Reports And Technical Papers, With Demonstrated Experience In The Area Of Price Regulation; Experience Advising Competition Authorities And Sector Regulators On International Best Practices And Standards In The Area Of Competition Policy And Economic Regulation. Experience Advising Government Authorities And Market Players Regarding Price Regulation And Price Strategies Is Required; The Consultant Shall Also Have Good Understanding And Demonstrated Knowledge Of Issues Related To The Development Of Competition And Regulation In Developing Countries. Competencies Excellent Oral And Written Communications Skills In English. Fluency In Uzbek And/Or Russian Is Preferred. Ability To Work Effectively Under Pressure In A Diverse, Team-Oriented Environment.
