Request For Expression Of Interest For Technical Assistant To Support The First Phase Implementation Of The Strategic Plan Of The Institutional Reform Of The Water Sector (Plano Estratégico Para A Reforma Institucional Do Sector De Águas - Perisa) The Consultant Must Have The Following Qualifications And Expertise: BachelorS Degree In Engineering, Economics; At Least 15 Years Of Professional Experience In The Field Of Water And Sanitation. At Least 13 Years Of Professional Experience In Water And Sanitation Sector Reform Projects. Experience Working With Development Partners; Experience Working On Internationally Funded Projects; The Consultant Must Have Work Experience In The Required Area; Professional Experience In The Water Sector, In Cplp Countries, Namely In Angola, Will Be An Asset; The Consultant Must Have Good Computer Skills In Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) And Software For Designing Water Supply Networks (Such As Epanet); The Consultant Must Be Fluent In Portuguese And Have Knowledge Of English As A Working Language.
