Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Technical Specialist Masterplan Water, Sanitation And Drainage Of Luanda The Consultant Must Have The Following Qualifications And Expertise: BachelorS Degree In Engineering; At Least 15 Years Of Professional Experience In The Field Of Water And Sanitation; At Least 10 Years Of Professional Experience In Water And Sanitation Projects; Experience Working With Urban Drainage Projects Will Be An Asset; Experience Working With Development Partners; Experience Working On Internationally Funded Projects; The Consultant Must Have Work Experience In The Required Area; Professional Experience In The Water Sector, In Community Of Portuguese Language Countries (Cplp), And More Specifically In Angola, Will Be An Asset; The Consultant Must Have Good Computer Skills In Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) And Software For Designing Water Supply Networks (Such As Epanet); The Consultant Must Be Fluent In Portuguese And Have Working Knowledge Of English.
