Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Recruitment For Water, Sanitation And Hygiene (Wash) Specialist The Consultant Must Have The Following Qualifications And Expertise: The Consultant Must Have A BachelorS Degree In Civil, Hydraulic Or Sanitary Engineering; A Postgraduate Diploma And/Or Certification In Project Management And/Or Relevant Training Courses In Contract Management Will Be An Asset; The Consultant Must Have At Least 15 Years Of Professional Experience As A Project Manager In Project And Contract Management Administration, And At Least 10 Years Of Professional Experience In The Field Of Water And Sanitation. Experience In Implementing Internationally Funded Projects Will Be An Asset; The Consultant Must Have Good Computer Knowledge In Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Mastery Of Other Relevant Engineering Software (Ms Project, Autocad, Etc.) Will Be An Advantage; The Consultant Must Have Work Experience In The Required Area; Professional Experience In The Water Sector, In Community Of Portuguese Language Countries (Cplp), And More Specifically In Angola, Will Be An Asset; The Consultant Must Be Fluent In Portuguese And Have Working Knowledge Of English.
