The Ppp Landscape In Kaduna State Is Still At A Nascent State With The Recent Formalization Of Critical Ppp Framework Instruments Such As The Ppp Policy (2020) And The Ppp Manual (2020). However, Kaduna States Strategy For Ppps As A Central Mechanism To Achieve Its Investment Targets Are Well Articulated In The State Development Plan (Sdp) 2021-2025 And The Kaduna State Infrastructure Master Plan (Kadimp).
