Econsult: Ifc Green Bond Technical Assistance Program (Gb-Tap): Online Video Training Modules The Gb-Tap Program Is Seeking To Hire A Vendor To Develop Online Video Training Modules Including Quizzes As An Elearning Course To Be Posted On The World Bank Group Open Learning Campus. The Online Training Videos Are Intended For Financial Practitioners And Will Be Offered To Staff From Financial Institutions In Emerging Markets. The Content Of The Training Videos Will Be Based For The Most Part On The Gb-Tap Green Bond Handbook - A Step-By-Step Guide To Issuing A Green Bond, Which Will Be Made Available To The Vendor As Reference. The Training Is Designed To Be Interactive And To Appeal To Those Who May Prefer Online Interactive Learning To A Text-Based Equivalent. Each Module Will Contain A Written Narrative With Voice-Over, Diagrams, Charts, And Other Graphics As Well As Interviews, Quizzes, And Links To Other Sources Of Knowledge. The Length Of The Whole Videos And Elearning Course Should Be Within 2 Hours Or A Little Less. The Format Of This Training Is As A Self-Paced E-Learning And Each Video Should Be About 15 Minutes Each. Each Slide Of Each Module Will Have A Written Narrative Accompanied By A Voice-Over.
