Junior Procurement Officer 3 Angola: Commercial Agriculture Development Project The Overall Objective Of The Commercial Agriculture Development Project Is To Promote Commercial Agriculture In Angola Through A Set Of Integrated Investments In Physical And Regulatory Infrastructure And To Facilitate An Environment Conducive To Private Sector Participation. By Simultaneously Intervening In Multiple Dimensions, The Project Aims To Remove The Main Constraints To Entrepreneurial Training And Strengthen The Platform For Growth In High-Potential Agricultural Value Chains. The Project Will Also Seek To Mobilize Private Funds For The Sector Through The Promotion Of Targeted Investments. At The Same Time, The Project Will Support Activities To Create More Favorable Conditions For The Future Development Of Commercial Agriculture, Including Regulatory Reforms And Strengthening Research Capacity.
