Tenders Are Invited For System For Hydro-Met Data Integration, Forecasting And Services The Department Of Planning And Finance Of The Ministry Of Natural Resources And Environment (Monre) Acting On Behalf Of The Government Of Lao Pdr Now Invites Sealed Bids From Eligible Bidders For Delivering, Installing And Configuring Hardware (11 Servers Plus Auxiliary Equipment) And Software For (I) A Central Data Management System (Cdms), (Ii) A Meteorological Forecasting Sub-System (Mfs), (Iii) An Hydrological Forecasting Sub-System (Hfs), (Iv) An Online Platform For Production And Dissemination (Oppd), (V) A Central Authentication And Authorization Sub-System (Caas); Providing Training And Technology Transfer To Prepare For System Operation And Providing Maintenance Contracts For Software And Warranty For Hardware. Period Of Delivery Including Time For System Operational Testing Is 24 Months. Location Of Delivery Is Vientiane. Bidders Shall Furnish Documentary Evidence To Demonstrate That They Meet The Following Financial, Experience And Technical Capacity Requirements: I) Average Annual Turnover In Last Three Years (2018-2020) Should Not Be Less Than: Usd3,000,000. Ii) The Bidder Shall Demonstrate That It Has Access To Or Availability Of High Liquidity Asset, Lines Of Credit Or Other Financial Means Or Resources Of Funds Estimated As Usd 500,000 (Net Of BidderS Other Commitments) To Meet The Finance Requirements Of The Contract, Iii) Bidder Shall Demonstrate That It Has Successfully Completed At Least Two (2) Contracts Within The Past 8 Years (2013-2020) Prior To Proposal Submission Deadline, Each With A Value Of At Least Usd 2 Million And Have Been Successfully And Substantially Completed And That Are Similar In Nature And Complexity To The Goods And Related Services Under The Contract A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents In English May Be Purchased By Interested Eligible Bidders Upon The Submission Of A Written Application To The Address Below And Upon Payment Of A Nonrefundable Fee Of Usd 300. The Method Of Payment Will Be Cash Or CashierS Check. The Document Will Be Delivered In Soft Copy At No Additional Cost Or In Hard Copy Upon Payment Of Courier Charges.
