The Services Provided Under This Contract Include : § Assessment Of The Level Of Progress In The Implementation Of The Projects Environmental And Social Management Plan (Esmp); § Assessment Of The Degree Of Compliance With The Provisions Of The Financing Agreement, Including National Laws, Regulations And Procedures, The Banks Environmental And Social Requirements And Good Practices In Agriculture And Irrigation Schemes; § The Evaluation Of The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Esmp Measures; § Assessment Of The Level Of Information / Communication Given To Paps, As Well As The Functioning Of The Complaints Management Mechanism (Mgp); § The Identification Of Non-Conformities, Deviations, Shortcomings On The One Hand, And Good Practices On The Other Hand; § The Proposal Of Recommendations For Corrective Measures.
