Additional information: Dps Connectivity Services Telecommunications services Short Description: GÉANT’s objective is to establish a DPS with an initial term of four (4) years with the possibility to extend the term two (2) times extensions of three (3) years. Therefore, the maximum contract period is ten (10) years, in order to be able to source a range of Connectivity Services (Dark Fibre, Spectrum and Leased Capacity). Establishing a DPS with Qualified Suppliers will help GÉANT to create an environment which encourages fair competition, allowing Qualified Suppliers to join at any time and choose whether to compete in any of the Stage 2 “Invitations to Tender for Connectivity Services”.
