Independent Design Checking ConsultantSouth Asia Subregional Economic Cooperation Mugling Pokhara Highway Improvement Phase 1 ProjectThe Objective Of This Consultancy Contract Is To Procure The Services Of An International Bridge Design Expert For I Checking Verifying And Recommending For Approval The Design Provided By The Design Consultant And Ii Acting As An External Monitor Of The Work Carried Out By The Contractor Under The Supervision Of The Construction Supervision Consultant To Assess Any Fundamental Issue And Remedial Actions The Consultancy Firm Shall Work In Close Coordination With The Dor And The Project Directorate Adb In Checking The Design And Securing Departmental Approval Of The Bridge Designs The Firm Shall Transfer Knowledge For Capacity Building To Local Engineers In The Design Of Such Bridges As Well As In The Checking For Approval Process
