Tenders are invited for Installation and Establishing Network Connectivity between Data Centre DC Disaster Recovery DR Centre and APGCL locationsTo be qualified for the contract package the Bidder should as a minimum meet the following requirements Financial Minimum average annual turnover of INR 5 3 Crores within the last three 3 years The Bidder must demonstrate access to cash flow requirement of INR 1 CroresContractual Experience Successful completion as main supplier within the last three 3 years of at least one 1 similar contract valued at INR 2 Crores from Government Public Sector Organization with nature and complexity similar to the scope of requirements described in Section 6 Schedule of Requirements Technical Experience The Bidder shall demonstrate that the IT products offered have operational network in Assam at the time of bidding with valid telecom license to operate in Assam for next three 3 years Mandatory Qualification Criteria The Bidder should be registered with Indian Goods and Services Tax Network GSTIN The Bidder should have existing network in Locations APGCL sites as mentioned in Section 6 100 percent of the total mandatory requirements should be Yes in the requirement specifications as mentioned in Section 6 Technical Requirement Specifications The Bidding Document will remain available at the e procurement website https assamtenders gov in during the bidding period and the same can be downloaded for free However at the time of bid submission the Bidder shall pay a non refundable fee of Rs 5000 Indian Rupees Five Thousand Only as Tender Processing Fee online
