Tenders Are Invited For Construction And Installation Of Traffic And Road Safety Devices 2021 2023 To Assist In The Evaluation Of The Proposals And Qualification Of The Applicants The Cpb May At Its Discretion Ask Any Contractor For A Clarification Of Its Proposal Any Clarification Submitted By A Contractor That Is Not In Response To A Request By The Cpb Shall Not Be Considered The CpbS Request For Clarification And The Response Shall Be In Writing No Change In The Rate And Prices Or Substance Of The Proposal Shall Be Sought Offered Or Permitted Except To Confirm The Correction Of Discrepancies Between Words And Figures Errors Discovered By The Cpb In The Evaluation Of The Proposals In Accordance With Itc 30
