To Malnutrition Diarrhoea Malaria And Heat Stress Alone Most Climate Change Related Health Risks Can Be Avoided Through A Combination Of Strengthening Health Systems Improving Management Of The Risks Presented By Climate Change And Its Negative Impacts On Health And Implementing An Effective Monitoring And Evaluation Mechanism Ensuring Activities Are Executed According To Plans Under The National Climate Change Policy The Ministry Of Economy Fiji Has Developed The National Adaptation Plan Nap 2018 To Guide Climate Change Adaptation Work In Fiji In Alignment With The Fiji Nap The Ministry Of
