TURLOCK NORTH VALLEY LABORATORY REPLACEMENTSTATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES REAL ESTATE SERVICES DIVISION PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT BRANCH ADVERTISEMENT FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Project Number 2851 TURLOCK NORTH VALLEY LABORATORY REPLACEMENT Turlock California The Department of General Services Real Estate Services Division Project Management and Development Branch requests the submittal of qualifications from interested Design build Entities to provide professional architectural engineering and construction services for the complete Design Build phase of the Turlock North Valley Laboratory Replacement project located in Turlock Stanislaus County California The project consists of replacing the Northern San Joaquin Valley California Department of Food and Agriculture CDFA Laboratory for the California Animal Health and Food Safety CAHFS Program and the Animal Health and Food Safety Services AHFSS Program The project is approximately 41 000 gsf on a new site of approximately 7 acres The new CAHFS laboratory will offer mammalian and avian necropsy pathology bacteriology histology immunology molecular biology i e biotechnology and parasitology testing services The laboratory will include necropsy facilities on site cremator laboratory space laboratory support services administrative offices and common areas The project will also include office space to relocate and consolidate two CDFA AHFSS branch offices CDFA Animal Health Branch and the Milk and Dairy Food Safety Branch
