Request for Expression of Interest for Hiring of TSA for the Consulting Services for Development of Handloom Cluster under NRETPThe consulting services the Services include hiring of an agency for undertaking the Consulting Services for Development of Handloom Cluster in selected districts of Jharkhand for JSLPS for a period of 36 months subject to extension of further period based on the requirement and performance The details of the proposed services are mentioned in the draft Terms of Reference TOR The short listing criteria are as follows The agency should have an independent legal existence registered under the applicable Act Submit proof of registration certificate Articles and Memorandum of Association etc The agency should have minimum 3 three years of experience in the relevant field for development of Handloom Cluster or similar nature of assignment The agency should have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs 6 00 crore or more during last three financial years e g 2017 18 2018 19 2019 20 and preferably have a positive net worth Relevant documents viz audited financial statements and a certificate from Charted Accountant in support of satisfying the criteria should be submitted The agency should have prior experience and have successfully completed at least 2 similar assignments in the last 5 years in sectors specific to that of the proposed assignment The agency should have a well qualified and sufficiently experienced team in house or should be in a position to commit about their own network association Experience in preparation of at least 5 DSRs Diagnostic Study Report in clusters or studies conducted in similar skill sets preferably for micro and informal enterprises Experience in implementation provided technical assistance to at least 5 market led cluster development projects or of similar nature Experience of directly impacting at least 1 500 artisans across a minimum of 2 3 states in different parts of India Demonstrated experience of linking artisan products with e commerce portals has a designated page in leading e commerce portals that specializes in artisan products or has own e commerce portal Experience in proven track record in participating in major exhibitions trade fairs nationally or internationally and generating businessExperience of working closely and supplying to the international market segment for craft products including Fair Trade buyers and in depth knowledge of compliance certifications such as fair trade
