Consultancy for End line Survey and Final Evaluation for LANN SLE 1053 1084WHH in partnership with CWW and with co financing from Irish aid has beenimplementing the linking agriculture natural resources management and nutrition LANN project since November 2013 LANN focuses on improving household foodand nutrition security among vulnerable households in Kenema district easternregion and Tonkolili district northern region in sierra Leone The current and5th year of the project would have being concluded in May 2021 but extended forfour months no cost extension NCE which will take the project to September2021 therefore WHH and concern would like to hire an independent consultant toconduct the project end line and final evaluation fee The end line survey isaimed at providing quantitative and qualitative information about the projectachievements based on the project monitoring and evaluation systems and inline with project logical framework matrix The end line evaluation resultswill help the key stakeholders to measure the level of project success withreference to service delivery to the project beneficiaries
