Tenders are invited for Technical Capacity Building in Mining and BeneficiationProspective bidders MUST submit copies of the following documents a Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission CA C including Form CAC 1 1 or CAC2 and CAC7 b Evidence of Company s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three 3 years valid till 31st December 2021 c Evidence of current Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December 2021 d Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund ITF Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2021 e Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund NSITF Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December 2021 f Interim Registration Report IRR expiring on 31st December 2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP g Company s Audited Accounts for the last three 3 years 2018 2019 2020 h Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed i Company s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project including copies of their Academic Professional qualifications such as COMEG COREN QSRBN ARCON CORBON etc j For lot C1 Companies must have been accredited and certified by CMD and the faculties must have experience in especially Iron Ore Mining and Beneficiation of Iron Ore Technical and Professional competence of faculties staff and evidence of certificate of registration with CMD please include all academic and professional membership certificates of your faculties and technical staff k Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three 3 similar jobs executed in the last five 5 years including Letters of Awards Valuation Certificates Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects l Current Sworn affidavit attesting to the fact that a None of the Directors of the company has ever been convicted of any fraud or financial impropriety b The company is not in receivership insolvency or bankruptcy c Disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the National Iron Ore Mining Company or Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in your company d Confirming that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all submissions m All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering Forwarding letter under the Company Firm s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others the Registration Number RC as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission CAC Contact Address Telephone Number preferably GSM No and valid e mail address The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page duly signed by the authorized officer of the firmPlease Note i NIOMCO will verify all information given on 3 above ii Proposals must be page numbered and items required above to be arranged in the order of sequence as listed iii All responses and submissions should be in Nigerian Naira in English and typed iv Bid documents submitted may be rejected unless substantially responsive Expression of Interest for category C will be publicly opened at 12 00 noon on Monday 21 June 2021 at the Boardroom of National Iron Ore Mining Company Ltd Documents submitted late will be returned unopened 8 PLEASE NOTE All documents submitted shall be referred to security and other relevant Agencies for confirmation of their authenticity Any bidder whose submission does not adhere strictly to the above instructions will be disqualified Presence of bidders representatives and members of the public shall not be required during the bid opening ceremony in compliance with COVID 19 Guidelines The Bids Opening will be covered by video recording link will be sent to bidders with the presence of two 2 representatives of private sector professional bodies and Civil Society Organisation in the areas of Anti Corruption Transparency Bid documents can also be collected in soft copies and Bidders can submit through Post Courier Services Category A B Only pre qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bids opening while the financial bids of un successful bidders will be returned unopened Category C Only shortlisted firms will be invited at a later date for collection of Request for Proposals RFP s This invitation to bid shall not be construed as commitment on the part of NIOMCO for contract award nor shall it entitle the Bidder s to make any claims whatsoever and or seek indemnity from NIOMCO by virtue of having responded to the advertisement NIOMCO reserves the right to invoke the provision of section 28 of the Public Procurement Act PPA 2007 without incurring any liability to the bidder s
