Qualification system with call for competition: Drainage Materials Qualification System Drainage pipes Short Description: This is a call to competition by IE seeking suitably qualified candidates to participate in the tender process to set up a Qualification System (QS) which will be utilised for tendering ad-hoc requirements for the supply, delivery and off-loading of drainage materials. All requirements will be tendered to those companies who, at the time, have been successfully appointed to the QS. Requirements can be to various ad-hoc locations throughout the rail network. The materials will be utilised to undertake drainage works on railway lines. Drainage materials typically required will include but are not limited to: • pipework, • trench liner, • roding Eyes and ‘Y’ Junctions, • Split chambers, • lockable GRP (Glass Reinforced Polymer/Plastic) Catch Pit Lid, • GRP Catch Pit Rings to increase installation depths.
