Additional Financing For Judicial Services And Smart Infrastructure ProjectThe Project Among Other Requirements Includes Ict Procurement Both Hardware Software Under The Following Components Component A Judicial Service Delivery Improvements The Af Will Expand The Scope Of The Parent Project S Component 1 By Financing Goods And Consulting Services For I Extending The Provision Of Selected Justice E Services E Courts To Two Additional Regions Ganja And Shirvan Ii Scaling Up The Pilots Developed And Tested Under The Parent Project To Support Access To Justice Measures For Equal Access To Women And Other Vulnerable Groups In Both Urban And Rural Areas And Iii Support Operationalization Of The New Law On Mediation Piloting Private Bailiff Offices To Improve Access To Justice Services By Small Businesses Component B Strengthening Institutional Capacity And Efficiency This Component Will Further Strengthen Information Management And Operational Capacity Of Justice Sector Entities To Support The Provision Of Selected Justice Services And Ii Strengthen The Professional Capacity Of Judges And Staff And Other Justice Sector Stakeholders And Entities Through The Provision Of Goods Consultants Services And Training And The Carrying Out Of Minor Rehabilitation Activities This Support Will Be Informed By Lessons Learned Under The Parent Project To Help Consolidate Ict Systems And Promote New Ones And Expand Ongoing Skills Building Efforts For Justice Sector Officials And Stakeholders Component D Project Management And Coordination The Af Will Continue To Fund The Piu Including Local And International Experts For The Completion Of Parent Project Tasks And Implementation Of The Af Activities Funding Of The Piu Will Include A Fund The Piu Including Local And International Experts B Support For Project Coordination And Outreach In Justice Entities Courts And Other Stakeholders Including Provision Of Experts Training Workshops And Organization Of Conferences C Incremental Operating Costs D The Project Audit For The Parent And The Af Projects And E Preparation Of The Implementation Completion And Results Icr Report Component E Piloting Of Transformative Technology Tt For Justice Sector Performance And Service Delivery Improvements It Will Pilot Deployment Of Tt For Improved Performance Management And Justice Service Delivery To Citizens And Businesses In Line With Best International Practices Of Data Privacy Rules And Standards And The Judiciary S Strategic Framework For Digital Excellence And The Goa S Legal And Regulatory Framework For Innovation E Government And Statistics The Af Will Leverage State Of The Art Data Centers And Other Ict Capabilities Of The Justice Sector That Were Supported Under The Parent Project To Artificial Intelligence And Business Intelligence For Quality Policy Decision Making And Efficient Service Provision
