    This Is A Combined Synopsis Solicitation For Commercial Items Prepared In Accordance With The Format In Far Part 12 And Far Part 13 As Supplemented With Additional Information Included In This Notice This Announcement Constitutes The Only Solicitation Quotations Are Being Requested And A Written Solicitation Will Not Be Issued This Solicitation Synopsis Reference Number Is 70Z02321qapb00600 And Is Being Issued As A Request For Quotation Rfq This Solicitation Document And Incorporated Provisions And Clauses Are Those In Effect Through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021 05 Dated 3 10 2021 This Acquisition Is Unrestricted The Government Intends To Award A Ffp Contract For One 1 Fathometer Systems To The Polar Security Cutter Psc Program The System Is Required To Read And Transmit The Water Depth And Water Temperature Which Is Essential For Safe Navigation The Contractor Must Provide All Relevant Operator S Manuals And Available Technical Publications That Will Aide In The Use And Installation Of All Provided Equipment Listed In The Sow Electronically In Pdf Format The Submission Shall Include At A Minimum The Following System Level Characteristics The Fathometer System Shall Be A Jmc F 3000W Or Equivalent The Fathometers Shall Comply With Imo S Res Msc 74 69 A 224 Vii Performance Standards For Echo Sounding Equipment The Fathometer System Shall Meet At Least One Of The Following Mil Std 167 Mil Std 810G Or Iec 60945 The Fat
