The intent of this bid is for the Department of Driver Services to purchase 10 new street legal motorcycles which comply with all applicable federal and state safety standards in force at the time of delivery These motorcycles are to be used by the Departments Motorcycle Safety Division for rider training courses and the engine size must not exceed 300cc The Department of Driver Services reserves the right to purchase motorcycles in any combination and or manner that will be in the state s best interest and do not necessarily have to be of the same make or model Additional specifications are included in the attachments to this solicitation
