Prequalifications Are Invited For Quality Health Safety And Environment Qhse Consultancy Services The Primary Aim Of The Quality Safety And Environment Consultancy Services Is To Provide Technical Support In Regard To The Enhancement Of The Qhse In Public Works Authority Ashghal Qatar Projects Which Includes Road Projects Building Projects And Drainage Network Projects This Includes The Review And Update Of The Existing Qhse Schemes And Manuals And To Manage Maintain And Upgrade Ashghal Quality Tracking Software And Mobile Application The Consultancy Service Agreement Covers Auditing Of Projects And Key Supply Chain To Assure Compliance With Specifications Contractual And Regulatory Requirements The Consultant Will Deploy Personnel For The Operation Of The Mobile And Static Labs In Ashghal Center For Research And Development Moreover The Service Agreement Covers The Supply Of Lab Consumables And Selected Lab Equipment Which May Be Required For The Operation Of The Mobile And Static Labs The Scope Includes Providing A Set Of Formal Certification And Training Programs For Quality And Safety Department In Ashghal Under International Standards Qcs And Other Supplementary Requirements Defined By Quality And Safety Department The Technical Support Provided By The Consultant Includes But Not Limited To Ensuring The Conformity Of The Projects To The Specifications And Technical Standards Developing An Integrated System For Qhse And Monitor Its Implementation Conducting Technical Researches And Investigations Related To AshghalS Functions Developing Health And Safety Standards For All Projects Of The Authority And Working To Reduce Emissions That Affect The Environment In Co Ordination With Specialized Entities
