Dynamic Purchasing System: Health And Social Work Services New Notice Dps Residential And Service Offer For Persons With Special Needs Description: Competitions Will Be Held Under This Scheme To Meet The Need For Housing And Facilitated Services For The Following Target Groups: Persons With Serious Reduction In Functional Abilities Due To Mental Illness, With Or Without Substance Abuse; Persons With Serious Reduction In Functional Abilities Due To Substance Abuse, With Or Without Mental Illness; Persons With Reduction In Functional Abilities; Persons With Challenging Behaviour Connected To Relationships With Others, Problems With Aggression, Uncritical Substance Use And Violence; Persons Who Are Permanently Unable To Care For Themselves; Persons Who Need A Stay In Order To Maintain Their Functional Ability Or Alternatively, Have A Period Of Rehabilitation; Persons With A Need For Follow-Up And/Or Training After A Hospital Stay Or When The Situation At Home Is Difficult To Manage.
