Supplying Building Equipment Maintenance Materials

Tenders are invited for Provision of Supplying Building Equipment Maintenance Materials Pay the tender fee 100 Bid Bond with value 7 000 USD 1 Submitcopy of all registration documents belonging for the Company and Color copy IDof the Chamber of Commerce or the ID of Ministry of Planning and the winner company shall provide the original documents before award the project 2 SubmitNon Prevention form GCT valid until the end of 2019 Note If bidder didn t provide the above mentioned documents or submitted invalid documents Al Waha shall have the right to act or clarifybased on the valid Instruction and Regulation 3 Foreign companies should provide their company s registration Documents which issued by their country4 Copy of previous similar contracts experience approved by the end user 5 All bidders must provide initial insurance Bid Bond with value 7 000 USD only provided in the form Bank guarantee or certified check entitled to Al Waha Petroleum Company Limited and includes the reference to the name and number of the tender and be effective for at least one year from the date of closing the tender the bid bond should be in the name of the bidder or i e shareholders in the companyor companies participating under a partnership contract the period ofvalidity of the tender 120 days from the closing date of the tender 6 Contract duration is One Year and the contract will awarded to at least three qualified bidders maximum five who have good performance rich experience and able to supply the required materials 7 The tender must be submitted bythe authorized company manager or by a shareholder or their authorized person who have the legal authorization letter issued by the notary public 8 If more than one bidder participates in the submission of a single tender for the execution of the contract joint venture their responsibilities would be Solidarity and Symbiotic and they should provide the legal Approved copy of the joint venture with their offer 9 This Project will award to at least three maximum five qualified bidders Bidder s Proposals shall consist of A Technical proposal with one digital disc for the technical offer thatcan be read and compile Commercial proposalB and 7 000 USD bid bond The above requirements should be in one stamped and sealed envelope put inside onebig envelop sealed and stamped and shall be submitted strictly in accordance with the ITB documents and the project name and tender number should be clearly on the envelop 10 The tender submission date shall be 09th October 2020from 8 30 to 11 30 am Baghdad Time in AhdebOil Field Site Main gate Al Waha Base Camp and after this date no offer will be accepted and the opening of tenders shall be conducted at 12 00 pm in the same day if the closing day coincided with an official holiday the next official working day would be a date for closure and opening Al Waha Company would not be obliged to accept the lowest offer 11 In the event of any necessary enquiry or clarification regarding the technical details of the project please inform the C P Dept before the date of 06 10 2020by Email or hand it over directly to C P dept for the purpose of answering as soon as possible before the bidding date 12 The winner companies of the tender should pay one time Newspaper advertising fee 13 For any required details please contact with the following Emails Saadghazi petroalwaha com yusiping petroalwaha comand youhao petroalwaha com
