Request for Expression of Interest for Project Monitoring and Evaluation Baseline Survey and Beneficiary SatisfactionThe consulting services the Services include The Baseline Assessment for the Medium Size Cities Integrated Urban Development Project in Uzbekistan MSCIUDP The Assessment should provide information to assess project implementation and achievement of Project Development Objectives at project closure providing information prior to the project In order to do this the consultancy firm should develop carry out and conduct an analysis a Baseline Assessment for theMSCIUDP as follow a representative household and businesses survey in each of the 4 selected urban centres namely in Chartak Namangan region Kagan Bukhara region Yangiyul and Pskent Tashkent region a representative survey of formal and informal tourism related businesses in 3 of the 4 selected urban centres Kagan Chartak and Pskent anda tourist s survey in the four cities with improved services including tourists A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Fixed Budget Based Selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations The shortlisting criteria are The Consultant company should possess the following qualifications No less than 5 years of experience in surveying is required with special reference to nationwide household surveys as well as demonstrated experience in conducting exit interviews with citizens At least 2 similar contracts successfully carried out within the last three years with certificates of satisfaction issued by the employers Key staff with necessary qualifications and experience to run and manage and the assigned project Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage
