Dynamic purchasing system: Repair and Maintenance Services Midland Heart Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) — In House Maintenace Team and Assets Description: Midland Heart's In House Maintenance Team has typically spent around GBP 450 000 (excl. VAT) per year. This lot is all clearance work including but not limited to external clearance, internal cleaning and clearance, disposal of previous customers waste/rubbish, external communal clearance, Graffiti removal environmental cleaning and prior to let cleaning. The estimated contract value is for the life of the DPS, contracts of 3 years will be competed and awarded through the DPS. The values indicated are based on historic spend and Midland Heart does not guarantee the value of contracted work.
